1. Do you ship internationally?
Indeed, we ship to almost anywhere. Place your order, sit tight, and we'll get to you in time!
2. How long will my order need to arrive?
If the item you ordered was in-stock, standard shipping will take 10 to 15 business days. You can always ask for express shipping to get your order within 3 to 5 days.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we do! Any order above 1000 USD will be shipped to you within 3 to 5 days free of charge.
4. Can I exchange my piece after it has shipped?
Would you like to get a piece that had been previously shipped to someone else? - We didn't think so.
This is why when it comes to exchanging headpieces, we say, "No".
That being said, we'd like to assure you that we triple check that our pieces are in an impeccably perfect, spotless, flawless condition before we send them off to you.
5. Can I get a refund for my headpiece?
Sorry, we just thought you should know. We don't do refunds. It's just not fun!
6. Can I order a customized headpiece?
Only if you have good taste! Tell us what you'd like to change about a piece, or come up with an entirely new concept; once we approve your request, we'll start working on putting together the perfect headpiece for you.
7. How will my headpiece stay in place?
Whether it’s your Big Day, or another similarly significant event, you're going to want to dance! We know that and can't wait to see you celebrating!
You'll be relieved to know that though some of our pieces will always hold into place no matter what, we always design them with invisible, tiny hooks and loops that your hairdresser will be able to use for extra stability.
8. Do you only design headpieces for weddings?
Weddings are kind of our thing, but that doesn't mean that we discriminate other occasions.
We cater for engagements, first communions, graduations, and random shopping urges!
9. How do I clean my headpiece?
It's not a crime scene, so kindly refrain from using bleach.
Our babies are delicate and need to be caressed with no more than water and a soft cloth. For more information, please visit our Product Care page.
10. Do you accept cash on delivery?
Well, we can't say that we do. But if you decide to drop by our main office in
Downtown - Beirut, we will accept cash for delivering an incredibly mesmerizing headpiece!
11. How can I get a discount on an item?
Sometimes, when no one is looking, we create secret sales and post them as stories on Instagram.
If you pay attention, you just might get your hands on a discount code that you can use at checkout.

13. Do you have different sizes for headpieces?
Our headpieces are all adjustable and can easily be bent to embrace your hairdo.
However, should you be concerned that your hairstyle might need a customized size, please contact us prior to placing your order.
